Many left feeling discouraged and confused about what their body actually needed.

From a business perspective, free trials were also frequently abused. They became a way for visitors to access facilities and classes at no cost, without genuine intent to join. This ultimately affects the sustainability of a small business and the quality of service we can provide to our members.
